Recent Highlights

C2C Solutions, Inc. (C2C) recently attained International Organization for Standardization (ISO 9001:2008) registration attesting to its high emphasis on quality and standards. The registration recognizes C2C as having an effective Quality Management System (QMS) for its entire operation. The registration demonstrates C2C Solutions' commitment to meeting customer requirements, defining best practices, maximizing operational efficiencies and promoting a continuous improvement environment.

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) recently approved the novation of First Coast Service Option’s (FCSO) Qualified Independent Contractor (QIC) contract and related task orders to C2C. C2C employees previously administered FCSO’s QIC work under a special power of attorney.

C2C Solutions, Inc. (C2C) is a company with national presence and a reputation for quality, service and innovation that offers solutions to better serve the health care sector. C2C was formed on April 2, 2007 and currently adjudicates second level Medicare Part B appeals from 36 states and three U.S. territories.  C2C also serves as the national independent entity to resolve payment disputes between Medicare Advantage (MA) organizations, Private Fee for Service (PFFS) plans and deemed and non-contracted providers. C2C is an International Organization for Standardization (ISO 9001:2008) registered company, and is “In–Process” status for URAC accreditation as an Independent Review Organization (IRO).  In fact, everything that C2C does is guided by its value statement and quality goal of doing: "The Right Things, The Right Way."
